Several pelagic vessels have landed large volumes of blue whiting in the Faroe Islands between 30 March and 12 April, with multiple ports handling steady arrivals and processing activity.

Tróndur í Gøtu added 930 tonnes, also for food production. Arctic Voyager followed with 1,300 tonnes landed for processing. All vessels reported fishing in Faroese waters south of the islands.
Continued activity in Fuglafjørður
Fuglafjørður also saw a steady inflow. Norðingur landed 1,700 tonnes for Havsbrún. The vessel began discharging in the afternoon after fishing in the southern Faroese waters.
Christian í Grótinum arrived in Ánirnar with 3,000 tonnes and was due to begin landing shortly after arrival.
